A - Under the current legislation, Building, Pest, Compliance and Energy Rating reports are all you need. Please note that the legislation may change from time to time so contact your solicitor or legislation Website for current information regarding any changes.

Q - Does Actpro do all the inspections I need to sell my home?

A - Yes, we do offer a package that has all the reports you need to sell your home.

Q - How long will it take to complete my Building Inspection?

A - Approximately 7 working days for competition of the written report (subject to availability) from date of inspection.

Q - How long are my reports valid for?

A - Under the current legislation the reports are valid for 180 days or 6months from the date of inspection.
